Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process and depend on:

We offers different shipping options depending on the content of your order, including standard and express deliveries.

(1) Hong Kong Post (only available for Discovery Set and Travel Set orders) provides local standard mail service without tracking services. The shipping fee will be charged according to Hong Kong Post's postal fee criteria.

*If SF Express Pickup service is selected, customers can fill in the designated SF Express Smart Locker code in the address field at checkout. Hong Kong or Macau phone number must be provided to receive the receipt code. (List of EF Lockers)

Once an order is confirmed and sent, the delivery address cannot be changed. AINLA will not be responsible for any incorrect address on the order. If a customer fails to receive the item for personal reasons, please contact the relevant express service provider to arrange for the delivery.

Please do not use a post office box as the delivery address. Each order is only limited to one address. If you want to deliver products to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

Due to Taiwan customs regulations on personal courier shipments, recipients must complete real-name authentication to facilitate smooth clearance. This helps prevent delays or holds at customs.

因應台灣海關對個人快遞包裹的實名驗證政策，台灣顧客需額外配合提供以下資訊，以確保順利清關：

• Full name in both Chinese and English（中英文全名）
• National ID number (身分證字號) or relevant personal identification details as required
